Vinyasa - Yin - Yoga Nidra
Online + Community Classes in NW Portland
Flow + Restore
Tuesday 5:30 - 6:30
Breath and movement unite as we strengthen, stretch and release tension through a series of flowing poses, ending with longer hold Yin + Restorative postures. Keep it gentle or dial up intensity with all-levels cuing.
Weekly Schedule
As we dip our toes into this new normal, I'm delighted to begin teaching live again,
in studio, with safety protocols in place to make practice in community possible.
Though my online Zoom classes are now on hiatus (and will return should the need arise), you can find me both in studio and online for:
Slow Flow + Restore
Wednesday's 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. (Pacific)
1849 NE 106th Ave #200, Hillsboro, OR 97006
Mid-Day Yin
Wednesday 12 - 1
A slow and deliberate practice where we move into poses, come to the edge of sensation, become still and hold for time. Breath focused and customizable for all bodies, this practice is about letting go of effort and allowing time to open the body as we observe sensations that arise.

Yin + Nidra Workshop
Yoga has been a near-constant for me since College - a thread which connects the many, varied chapters of my life. Through 5 moves to 4 states, incredible teachers, studios and styles of yoga appeared on my radar at precisely the right moment to help me stretch, strengthen, heal and grow.
Over the years, I’ve practiced many styles including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yin, Nidra, Restorative and Prenatal. I am grateful to the gifted teachers who have guided and inspired me to stay connected to life and breath.
In January 2018, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Dina Lang at Santosha Yoga in Portland, OR. It was a profound experience which reconnected me with a strength, steadiness and sweetness that I thought I’d lost along the way.
I believe this ancient practice can be a balm to many issues that challenge us today, physically, mentally, and spiritually. It is an honor to share these teachings with others as they cultivate the riches of their own journey.
My classes are suitable for all levels and incorporate challenging, yet accessible, posture flows that build slowly and steadily toward openness, strength and balance.
Outside the studio, I am a portrait photographer, cheese expert, avid gardener,
enthusiastic cook, happy wife and mom of boys.
